==== FIRE Spark General Troubleshooting ====

If you are not seeing correctly formatted forms (tickets, dispatches, etc.) or cannot access pick lists, please do the following:

  * Click on gear icon in top right of Spark
  * Click on "Refresh all data except pricebook"
  * Logout of Spark
  * Close then re-open your web browser
  * Log into Spark
