FIRE Spark General Troubleshooting
If you are not seeing correctly formatted forms (tickets, dispatches, etc.) or cannot access pick lists, please do the following:
- Click on gear icon in top right of Spark
- Click on “Refresh all data except pricebook”
- Logout of Spark
- Close then re-open your web browser
- Log into Spark
