The information found here is intended to help you get the most out of your FIRE Spark system.

If you are not seeing correctly formatted forms (tickets, dispatches, etc.) or cannot access pick lists, please do the following:

• Click on gear icon in top right of Spark
• Click on “Refresh all data except pricebook”
• Logout of Spark
• Close then re-open your web browser
• Log into Spark
